Forgot to post last night!

I learned how to make authentic BBQ pork fried rice! I got my rice cooker yesterday so I washed it and had to use it right away. A friend taught me how to make it, but yesterday was my first attempt by myself. Here is all that was left:





I made about 8 cups and this about 1 cup left over. Everyone loved it! I hope that Kari likes it, too.

  1. Oh, I remember this... you didn't leave much leftover for me... :D
    (Although that's probably to be expected - deliciousness is a definite factor on how much leftovers are... left.)
